Julia was hoping to get a new puppy for her family. While conducting an online search, she accidentally entered the incorrect zip code and received search results for Colorado Springs and a lovely and cute puppy captured her attention. She believes that the mistake was like a blessing in disguise.

Since she put the incorrect zip code, the results were nowhere near Colorado Springs, but for something that has captured your interest greatly, you would travel to the ends of the planet. Therefore, Julia’s husband persuaded her to visit the dog.

She immediately boarded a plane and traveled to Colorado and decided to volunteer at a shelter. There, Julia went to a nearby kennel, where she met Chloe, who had been rescued from a puppy mill while her family was out of town. Chloe was an elderly Maltese, but she was not the dog that Julia intended to get. Nonetheless, it appeared that Julia and Chloe had already formed a connection.

Julia stated that the dog would bark and establish eye contact with her anytime she passed by. During her 11-month stint at the kennel, the kennel manager stated that the dog had never barked.

She informed her husband that she would be bringing a different puppy home. However, her husband instructed her to bring both dogs home. But the first dog, Peyton, was the only dog that Julia could take home, and she would have to return shortly for Chloe, which she eventually did.

Chloe has now fully acclimated to being owned by Julia and her husband. However, she was soon diagnosed with a brain tumor and Julia was advised that it would be best to euthanize Chloe. Even though she was hurt by the news, Julia still held on to hope.

She did what she could to help Chloe and soon found a holistic veterinarian who suggested medication, acupuncture, massage, and nutritious food. Julia researched and discovered NomNomNow, a company that offers the freshest and healthiest food for pets, and Chloe’s veterinarian confirmed that it is just what she requires!

Chloe is 15 months old now. She has been battling cancer for fourteen months, and her health has improved, thanks to Julia’s persistence and care. Because every moment is a miracle and a gift, Julia and Chloe never miss out on an opportunity to make the most of it.
